High-level machine for dispensing beads of high-viscosity material directly from 200 lt drums
With the PasteFlow 200, we are able to offer a high-level machine for applications with continuous material flow. The metering and mixing system was specially developed for component bonding and sealing applications by utilizing high-precision gear pump technology. The machine is perfect for dispensing beads of high-viscosity material directly from 200 lt drums via twin follower seal plates, providing a clean, mess-free operation with little exposure to the materials. The system can be manually controlled, or dispensed via a robotic XYZ applicator. Precise doses or accurate beads can be metered with excellent repeatability, based on different materials:
