2k resin dispensing system
The LiquidFlow 50 is a high-level metering and mixing machine for larger flow production demands. The benefit from this machine is the portable framework with the facility to mount larger material reservoirs and, if requested, a higher flow rate is also achievable. One major advantage of the LiquidFlow 50 is the independent inverter driven motor control for each gear pump, instead of using a lower cost but less efficient gear and toothed belt or chain assembly. This feature allows the operator to easily change the mixing ratio very simply on the built in HMI touchscreen. The machine is mostly used for manual applications, but it can also be interfaced to fully or semi-automatic systems. Typical materials which can be processed are:
