The LiquidFlow 40 metering and mixing machine is a floor mounted system with larger tanks for potting and encapsulation applications with continuous material flow. The mid-range gear pump technology is very suitable for medium flow rate and shot size applications. The machine provides a beneficial “easy to handle” operation, which is in a class of its own in the middle to upper world of metering, mixing and dispensing systems. Its proven gear pump technology provides precise and consistently reliable dosing. The LiquidFlow 40 can process low to medium viscosity two-component materials:
