Piston pump metering system for 1K and 2K applications
The PasteShot 20 metering and mixing machine was developed primarily for dispensing small to medium shots in bonding, sealing and cartridge filling applications. It is suited for shot sizes typically 5 ml to 135 ml (depending upon ratio) of high-viscosity materials which can be fed directly from 20 lt drums. The machine can be utilized for direct dispensing onto components, or into cartridges for manual applications. Reliable piston pumps ensure an accurate and consistent processing of materials with high mix ratios or vastly differing viscosities:
