Of course, all our polyurethane dispensing machines are designed for two-component PU. The two main components, a polyol and an isocyanate, are metered and automatically mixed in our machine shortly before application and then applied via a mixing valve. Our metering and mixing systems are suitable for processing low to high viscosity polyurethanes.
That's easy. The material can remain in the machine until the next use. There is a disposable plastic mixer at the front of the mixing valve. This disposable mixer nozzle is easily removed and replaced with a new one, thereby allowing quick and constant usage of the machine.
