Liquid dispensing systems for two-part materials
Meter Mix offers various dispensing systems for metering and mixing two-component liquid materials in industrial applications. Depending on the requirements, various metering technologies are available:
Metering and mixing systems with gear pump technology enable continuous dispensing of the material without pulsation. These systems are therefore particularly suitable for applications where a controlled, precise flow rate of resin needs to be dispensed into a component, such as when potting an electronic component with a complex internal component structure. We offer various different size gear pumps depending on the required flow rate. They are suitable for liquid two-part materials such as silicones, epoxy resins and polyurethanes.
If the application requires the dispensing of small, medium or large shots, our metering and mixing systems with piston pump technology are ideal. They are suitable for all industrial applications where epoxy, polyurethane, methacrylate or silicone has to be applied. We offer four versions for different shot sizes. Each machine is available with a basic configuration and can be upgraded with various options.
