High-level machine for dispensing beads of high-viscosity material directly from 20 lt drums
The PasteFlow 20 is a high-level metering and mixing system for applications with continuous material flow. The machine was specially developed for bonding and sealing components by utilizing high-precision gear pumps. The machine is perfect for dispensing beads of high-viscosity material directly from 20 lt drums via twin follower seal plates, providing a clean, mess-free operation with little exposure to the materials. The system can be manually controlled, or dispensed via a robotic XYZ applicator. With the PasteFlow 20, precise doses or accurate beads can be metered with excellent repeatability, based on different materials:
