For dispensing beads with a continuous material flow, Meter Mix offers three versions of this high-level metering and mixing system. Equipped with high-precision gear pump technology, they process high-viscosity two-part materials directly from the original containers. These can be a combination of 20lt+20lt, 200lt+20lt, or 200lt+200lt.
Thanks to the gear pump technology, the material is dispensed continuously and without any pulsation, which is common with piston pumps. Component bonding and sealant dispensing are the typical applications, where these machines are used.

In these cases, Meter Mix can configure any one of the paste machines. As they are equipped with proven piston pump technology, they are able to process high-viscosity materials such as epoxy, silicone, polyurethane or methacrylate in the required shot size.
