Metering and mixing two-part Polyurethane
Our customer, a UK-based company, produces access control panels. They already have a METER MIX machine which is processing a two-part Polyurethane, dispensing directly into the PCB housing.
Requirements
To cope with the increase in production, the customer wanted the same model of metering and mixing machine as previously supplied. However, the new machine should be equipped with a larger base resin gear pump for higher output.
Our Solution
We provided the customer a LiquidFlow 30A metering and mixing machine with a sufficiently large gear pump for the base resin. The LiquidFlow 30A is perfect for low-mid flow applications. With the new machine, the company benefits from increased potting to cope with the high demand in the production of their products. Furthermore, the customer profits from already having knowledge of the machine operation.
